The Maryland Chapter of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation
(RMEF) is pleased to announce the date for its Twentieth Annual
Grand Fundraising Event and Auction. This event continues to be the
Largest Hunting and Conservation event in Maryland. Ticket sales are
up 20% across the state so buy your tickets now and don’t miss out! You
may purchase your tickets today via Paypal from our website at www.marylandrmef.org.
Don’t delay, tables will be filled first come, first serve, and they are
already selling out fast! We have exclusive merchandise that you will only see
at the Maryland Chapter Banquet, so don’t delay! Once again, more than
50 guns will be raffled off during our event!

Our Premier 20TH Anniversary event is scheduled for Saturday, August 25th, 2012. Doors open promptly at 10:30 am. We are once again offering our famous All You Can Eat Bull and Shrimp Feast that includes free beer and sodas. The highlights of the extensive menu include Maryland Steamed Shrimp, “Pit-Style” Blue Ribbon Beef, Bar-B-Que Pork Ribs, Italian Meatballs, Shredded Beef Bar-B-Que, Bar-B-Que Maryland Chicken, Hotdogs, numerous delicious soups, and salads, cole slaw, a “Fabulous Fresh Salad Bar” and much more. Food will be served from 10:30 am until 1:30 PM.
During our event over 10 raffles and a Silent Auction will be occurring and our Gun Table Raffle returns!!!! Everyone at your table who pays $20 to play will win a gun if your table is drawn.
NEW THIS YEAR, Big 20 Raffle! Includes a great 1 in 20 odds at an ATV, enclosed trailer, high quality guns, both Progressive Raffles, diamond jewelry, chainsaw, generator and much, much more. 20 high value prizes in all. Only 400 tickets will be sold for a 1 in 20 chance of winning!
Our annual LIVE AUCTION will be held and as usual it will be loaded with fantastic hunts, family vacations and fine art items to benefit our wildlife resources. The auction and other festivities will be completed by 4:30 pm.
We have an INCREDIBLE selection of raffle and auction items,
including wildlife art prints, bronze sculptures and many first class hunts
from all across the nation and the world!!! This year, our chapter once again
features many outstanding hunts and trips such as two African Safari’s,
Rocky Mountain Elk hunts (Montana archery; Wyoming archery or rifle, New Mexico
rifle), Wyoming Mule Deer hunt archery or rifle, a 5 day Montana Vacation, a
Puerto Vallarta Sailfish Trip, a Maryland Sika Deer Hunt, a Maryland Rockfishing
Trip, a Delaware Duck and Goose hunt, and the list goes on and on.

Tickets may be ordered through the mail by completing the attached “Banquet Ticket Application.” By purchasing your tickets early, (Prior to August 1st) you will also receive this outstanding deal on your general raffle tickets: 2 for the price of 1. Early Bird General Raffle tickets must be purchased in $100 increments. Each $100 increment will give you: 10 General Raffle Tickets (which includes 40 General Raffle stubs and 10 Bonus Raffle stubs, and – 2 Upper Tier Raffle Tickets with 6 stubs. Get them now to double your number of Prime Upper Tier Tickets. “The Upper Tier Raffle” includes 25 firearms, 5 bows, and 5 pieces of fine jewelry. All tickets will be held at the door.

July at Bass Pro Shops has been designated Elk Country Conservation Month. Your Maryland Chapters will be manning a booth at the Arundel Mills Mall on Saturdays and Sundays in July.
The Maryland Chapter will be available during Bass Pro’s Fall Classic in August 2012. We’ll be displaying merchandise, including guns, and will have live auction hunt information available.
